Monday Oct. 17 Set-up at 9.00-21.00
Tuesday Oct. 18 Open at 9.00-17.00
Wednesday Oct. 19 Open at 9.00-17.00
Thursday Oct. 20 Open at 9.00-16.00 (dismantling at 16.00-22.00)
Friday Oct. 21 - exhibition closed
Note: The booths must be dismantled by Thursday 22.00. The exhibition area is used for other purposes on Friday.
Booth orders
- Extra orders by FairNet using this link. The password will be sent to all exhibitors by e-mail.
- Remember to order also the cleaning, internet connection, catering etc.
- The fair service catalogue can be found from this link or as a PDF-file here (4 Mb).
- The order fees are valid until September 15. Orders and changes which arrive later than this will be subject to a 50 % surcharge.

- No deliveries directly to the venue before the event!

- SMLog offers their services concerning all your logistics before and after the exhibition. Please contact them in order to get an offer. Note: The logistics partner charges based on the used services. Their service fees are not included to the exhibition / sponsorship payment.
- If you wish to use your own delivery company, please keep in mind the following things:
Delivery date: Monday October 17 after 8.00
Delivery address: ask it from kaisa.venalainen@ril.fi
Remember to label your shipment: SB11 / Company name / booth nr.
The organizers will not accept any unidentified shipments to the venue!
