Invitation letters

If you need an invitation letter for obtaining a visa, please send the following information to:

kaisa.venalainen@ril.fi or
hanna.laakkonen@ril.fi:

  • Full name
  • Organization / company
  • Postal address
  • Country
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number

The invitation letters are sent as a PDF documents. If your embassy requires the original paper copy, please let us know. The paper letters are not sent automatically.
