Late registration fees after August 01, 2011:

• SB 11 member (CIB, iisBE, UNEP or RIL member) fee 850 euros
• SB 11 non-member fee 980 euros
• SB11 young participant fee (born in year 1980 or later) 550 euros
• SB11 & PHN11 participant fee 1080 euros
• SB11 & PHN11 young participant fee (born in year 1980 or later) 650 euros
• Accompanying person´s fee 200 euros

All fees include 23 % VAT.

Participant & young participant fee includes:

• Technical programme (lectures) + material (proceedings and memory stick)
• Coffee and lunch during the conference days 
• Welcome reception on Tuesday
• Free travel card for public transport inside the Helsinki area sponsored by Helsinki Region Transport (valid 17 - 22 October)
• Tours and dinner are for extra cost, booking needed!

Accompanying person’s fee includes:

• Opening ceremony on Tuesday
• Welcome reception on Tuesday
• Helsinki city tour and design shopping tour
• Other tours and dinner for extra cost, booking needed!
• Note: Accompanying person's fee does not allow entrance to the lectures, exhibition or other technical programme. The accompanying person is usually a spouse, friend or family member.

Confirmation

Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will only be sent when both the registration form and full payment are received. Confirmation will be sent to the participant by e-mail.

Cancellations of registration and social events

Cancellations will be accepted until August 1, 2011. The full amount will be refunded less 100 € to cover cancellation costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 1, 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail (sb11@congrex.fi), fax or airmail to the conference secretariat. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference. Replacements of participants are accepted at any time for an extra charge of 30 €.

Confirmation and cancellations of accommodation

Hotel reservation is confirmed only after the hotel deposit of one night has been received. There are no refunds on the hotel deposit payment after August 31, 2011.
